Cal Long Term Care Compare refreshes its website with updated data twice a year for skilled nursing facilities and home health and hospice agencies and once per year for other long term care providers (residential care for the elderly, continuing care retirement communities, adult day health care, and assisted living); any changes that the agencies make will be reflected at the next scheduled CLTCC website data refresh.
